Our tooling system was specifically designed to allow the operator to load and unload quickly. With a base mounted to your machine table, a fixture can be fastened with your workpieces - allowing for fast, yet accurate, repeatability. Quick. Easy. Cost-effective.

The solid construction of a base is of utmost importance - and ours our rock-solid - manufactured with high quality heat treated 420 and 440 stainless steel.

Our bases offer a direct mount to the adapter and deadstop locating that is not altered or sensitive to the definite torque of the clamping bolt.
