Manual Indexers

We currently offer two style indexers. The standalone unit will mount directly to your machine table. It has a 1” collet capacity in the spindle nose, and comes with a face plate that can be used for mounting large work pieces or small custom fixtures. With the lock pin at the rear of the unit you are able to lock at 5° increments. It also has a 1° wheel to use for visual indexing with a thumb screw locking spindle.

The larger unit will mount directly to the side of our rail. This unit will supply you with a 5” diameter face plate for large work and custom fixture mounting. We could design and build these custom fixtures to your specific requirements. This unit also has 5° increment locations with lock pin indexing. As well as a 1° increments to do visual rotations and a locking clamp to hold the setting.
