Rail Tooling System

Increase machine capacity and minimize set-up time -
Ram Precision Tool has done it… we've crafted an
American-made, high-quality tooling system which allows
the operator to easily switch from adapter set-ups to rails
in just minutes!

By clamping the main base unit first - then the alignment
base second, a stop-edge is quickly set-up on your rail.
This allows the operator to easily clamp parts off the
machine on the surface plate, and then proceed to move
it back against the machine with a high degree of accuracy.

The Ram Rail Tooling System is designed with 8mm
tapped holes in the side and top surfaces, allowing the
operator to attach their set-up with bolts and straps
(supplied with most machines), thus enabling a very large
variety of parts to be held in place.
