Figure A: V-Block Nest
This figure shows a 3 1/2" round part in one of our V-Block nests
- with the two locating surfaces parallel to the X and Y axis - and
multiple tapped holes In the strap. This fixture also applies itself
well to rectangular parts. You can set the two surfaces of the
fixture as your X/Y 0.0000 and load round or rectangular parts.

Figure B: Adapter & Vise Use
With one of our Vises mounted to our Adapter ("A" style) you
can easily load your work piece (i.e.die block) in the vise while it
is laying flat on a surface plate outside the machine, then transfer
your set-up to our base-mounted in your machine. With your vise
preset on the adapter, you will be true in all axis when you transfer
your set-up to your machine - no leveling is required.

Figure C: Rail Edge Vise
Using our 6" Rail Edge, you can mount parts at angles for wiring
(as shown here). If you have to wire a contour at angles like this,
you will be better off tilting the part and keeping your guide in line
for accuracy and improved flushing. You can also use this surface
to clamp or mount a special fixture to and still take advanatge of
quick locating when pulling your set-up in and out of the machine.

Figure D: Dual V-Block Fixture
With our dual "V" fixture, you are able to hold two smaller round
or rectangular parts. Machines equipped with auto wire feed take
great advantage of this multiple part holding that our V-Blocks
offer. Having this ability will free up your machine operators for
longer periods of time between changeovers.

Figure E: Low Profile Vise
With our low-profile design you are less likely to run into interference
problems. But because of our Vise's rigid construction, you are
still able to hold larger work pieces. In addition, our vise construction
features a solid stationary jaw - not ribbed or bolted to the body
of the vise. This solid edge assures location and perpendicular
holding. In addtion, the drive screw of our vise is plated to improve
surface hardness and lubricity.

Figure F: Rail System Adaptibility
With the use of 2 or 3 of our RWT-SUPB Rails, you can support
larger round and rectangular parts out into the work area. The
ledge that the part is set on is a Z 0.0000 for taper requirements.
Mounting uses the standard 8mm bolts.
